A Balance between Movement and Rest
The desire to stretch is a natural impulse when we
feel stiff and a key to unblocking the imbalances and tensions that build up
during a lifetime. It is a basic physical need that suits people of all
ages and levels of fitness. Therapeutic Stretching is not a warm up,
nor a punishing physical workout, but a means of understanding the
complex workings of the body. It is vital for dynamic health and
fitness, the foundation of all activities. Since most of us want or
need to change some aspects of our lives for the better, whether it is
our health or our ability to relax, the needs of inner peace and
contentment can be met by a regular daily stretch. It helps us to keep
in touch with our strengths and weaknesses, allows us to evaluate our
lives, gives us time quietly and logically to think through problems
and transform them into challenges to overcome. The origin of
stretching lies in the ancient art of Hatha Yoga. Stretching provides
powerful skills for coping with the ups and downs of daily life. These
classes are certainly challenging as well as fun with plenty of
individual attention and correction. They are held in a comfortable and
luxurious surrounding.
These are open lessons and registration is not necessary.

FEES: € 12,50 per lesson, € 50,- (all lessons) per calendar month
