Private Lesson or Consultation in Therapeutic Stretching

The medical aspects of Back problems, Pelvic pains, Pelvic instability,Posture correction, Headaches, Neck and Shoulder pains,    RSI and Foot problems are extensively covered in the daily therapeutic stretching classes.  Private consultation on these or any other health issues is possible by appointment.  A private session includes developing a personal exercise programto take home.

Birth Pool Hire Service in Amsterdam

New weekly information evenings: Thursday 20:00-21:00

The Active Health Center has the only Birth Pool Hire Service located in Amsterdam.  This provides a unique opportunity to come to the Weekly Water Birth Pool Information and Demonstration evenings every Thursday from 20:00-21:00. If you make an appointment  you can  come anytime during your pregnancy to have a look and ask questions.  Interested?
