The Active Health Center, founded by Lillith Turk, is now in its eigth year of development. Lillith Turk is a qualified nurse, chirophonetic therapist, Rost therapist and an experienced yoga teacher for more than thirty years. The centre offers a range of classes both dynamic and relaxing, based on the principles of yoga and stretching, and focussed on promoting vitality in body, mind and spirit. The centre is open to everyone who has a need and willingness to improve their physical well-being and quality of life.
